Welcome to my blog! I am just your average 21 year old college girl who is stressed to the max 25/8.I have dealt with being messy and stressy since I was a little kid (scary I know). Stress has impacted my life ten times worse ever since I stepped foot into college back in 2015. Juggling being an early childhood education major and literacy studies majors, a job and a social life is very difficult to manage! I have learned many techniques to deal with stress from seeing a professional, who happens to have the same name as me.I now have some more knowledge about how to manage stress in my young twenties .
Going into the education field and starting student teaching soon makes me feel a wave of stressful emotions. When I feel stressed, it feels like a tornado is spinning in my head. This is why I want to take a more positive outlook when looking into the stress of an early 20 year old, and working in the classroom with kids as a teacher.
I feel incredibility proud of all people who have learned how to manage their stress in their lives. Stress can be a hard topic to talk about, but I want my blog to discuss it in the most positive way possible. I am working to reduce all of the stress in my life, even though that is very hard to do! I am here to share my personal intake about how I have had some pretty stressful experiences in the morning, night time, and in the classroom. Here, there will also be the tips I used to overcome each situation. I hope this blog helps you reduce your life stresses as well!
Let's all learn to get the MESSY and STRESSY out of our lives! |
